What is the Two-Week Sleep Training Program?

Our Two-Week Full Support Sleep Training Program is designed to help your child develop independent sleep skills in a supportive and structured way.

Whether you have an infant who needs a sleep schedule or a toddler struggling with sleep habits, we’ll create a plan tailored to your child’s needs. When you sign up for our Two- Week Program, you are paired with one of our certified sleep coaches, who will support and guide you every step of the way.

What’s Included in the Two-Week Full Support Program?

PLANNING STAGE

☑️ Online Sleep & Schedule Intake Questionnaire
This in-depth intake form helps us understand your child's sleep patterns, household dynamics, and the challenges you're facing. It allows our sleep experts to assess your situation before your first call, ensuring a tailored approach from the start.

☑️ 30-Minute Sleep Assessment Call
Your first meeting with your sleep coach! During this call, your coach will review your intake form, discuss your current struggles, and outline initial recommendations to prepare you for sleep training. You’ll walk away with “homework” before we even officially get started!

☑️ Personalized Written Sleep Plan
Following your assessment call, your coach will craft a fully customized sleep plan. This includes age-appropriate recommendations for overnight sleep, naps, and specific techniques to guide you through the sleep training process.

☑️ 30-Minute Sleep Plan Review Video Call
Before your official Start Night, your coach will walk you through your sleep plan in detail, answering any final questions and ensuring you feel confident and prepared.

DURING SLEEP TRAINING

☑️ Real-Time Text Support on Night 1
On your first night of sleep training, your coach will be available via text to guide you through bedtime, offering live support as you implement the plan (including Nanit Pro camera monitoring, if applicable). Many parents report that this component alone in our program was so incredibly helpful!

☑️ Daily Sleep Log & Schedule Feedback (Optional)
When your baby is on multiple naps it can be helpful to track how the day is going! We will check in as needed throughout the day on how things are going and give you feedback. The goal is that each day you learn how to manage your child’s day so you can apply what you’ve learned to the next day!

☑️ Two Weeks of Unlimited Text & Email Support (9 AM - 9 PM EST)
Consistent access to your sleep coach for guidance, troubleshooting, and adjustments throughout your program. Think of it like a slack chain, you drop updates, questions or feedback and we’ll respond as we can throughout the day. It’s not real-time but we do our best to get back to you as soon as possible!

☑️ (2) 20-Minute Coaching Calls
These calls provide ongoing support and deeper coaching. Many families schedule one after Week 1 to check in, and another at the end of Week 2 as a “graduation” call to celebrate their progress!

FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT

☑️ 20-Minute Follow-Up Call
