Every family deserves A Restful Night—with the right sleep plan, consistency and follow through we can get you there. This two week full-support package is geared toward helping parents establish independent sleep skills for your child. Whether you are a parent of an infant trying to get on a schedule or a toddler who needs to change some sleep habits, we will work to design a sleep plan that is compatible with your parenting style to achieve the best results. We will be your coach and consultant along the way to keep you and your child on track!

Information on sleep training and schedules can leave parents struggling with what or how to implement an effective sleep program. With The Roadmap to A Restful Night Program, we set you up with a custom plan designed to tackle your child’s unique sleep struggles and get them onto an age appropriate schedule ensuring quality daytime and nighttime sleep. After we thoroughly review the plan, you independently implement the plan with four check-in emails with us over the course of three weeks from the time we review the sleep plan.
